Riverbend RV Park is located along the South Umpqua River, nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the trees and grass and some spaces have a view of the river, while all spaces are within walking distance to the river.
Riverbend Park, next door, offers a skate park and several activities all summer long including fishing, swimming, outdoor concerts, festivals, etc.
There are 36 satellite TV stations and a Wi-Fi system throughout the park, all included in the space rent!
We accept RV’s 1998 or newer and they must be fully self contained.
Riverbend does not currently provide community restrooms or showers at this time.
Laundry facilities available for tenant use only, in the clubhouse daily from 8am-5pm.
We can accommodate most any length RV or camper style, 1998 or newer. (Length accommodation depends on space availability, as some spaces accommodate larger coaches, while others accommodate smaller. Contact for current size availability.)
Long Term Stays
Space rent is $475.00 per month
For Short Term Stays
- $150.00 Weekly Rate
- $50.00 Daily Rate
Price includes 1 vehicle per coach
$10.00 per month extra vehicles
NON-AGGRESSIVE pets are welcome, but must be kept contained within the coach or on a leash at all times outside of the coach. We reserve the right to limit pets to no more than two.

To apply for space at Riverbend RV park, applications are available on the website within the ‘Renter Resources’ tab or we can send one to you via email or mail. Completed applications and all required information can be submitted via email or mail as well.
Please include exterior photos of your RV, as well as the year and length with your application, as it is subject to approval by management.
**PLEASE NOTE: We require a submitted application and all required information for all individuals 18 years or older wishing to reside in the park. This applies to both long term, short term, and overnight stays. No exceptions. We reserve four business days for processing.
Shady Point RV Park

Shady Point RV Park is located about 1 1/2 miles south of Roseburg on Old Hwy 99 South.
We can accommodate most any length RV or camper style, 1995 or newer. (Length accommodation depends on space availability, as some spaces accommodate larger coaches, while others accommodate smaller ones. Contact for current size availability.)
RVs must be in good condition and must be fully self-contained, as Shady Point does not feature community restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities.
Long Term Stay
$325.00 -$350.00 per month.
The price depends on the particular space in the park as some are larger than others.
Rent includes 1 vehicle per coach
$10.00 per month for extra vehicles
Power goes into the tenant(s) name.
Short Term Stays
- Daily$ 37.50
- Weekly $137.50
